Leading the CIA
(Curriculum, Instruction, & Assessment)
Designed specifically for educational leaders serving in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional learning roles, this four-part training provides the strategic blueprints needed to align your district's systems. Rather than relying on isolated, one-time professional development, this learning series focuses on long-term capacity building to help cultivate sustainable, high-impact systems across your district. Throughout the program, you will gather "actionable intelligence" through half-day sessions aligned to the natural cycles of the school year, ensuring you have the right tools for setting foundations, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies at exactly the right time.
This yearlong opportunity is divided into four phases:
--Establishing a rock-solid foundation of curriculum clarity
--Monitoring instructional implementation in the classroom
--Utilizing data to deploy targeted interventions
--Conducting a final audit to refine strategies for the following year
