About Alicia Moore
Alicia Moore brings practical insight and systems expertise to work.
Through her 20 years in PK-12 education, she has coached teachers at all grades, served as a thought partner to school leaders at all levels, led site and district level professional learning, and taught high school students.
In Springfield Public Schools, she led the STEP UP program to retain and equip beginning teachers for 3 years. She also served as a Kagan Cooperative Learning trainer for 13 years, and co-designed systemwide training aimed at leveraging the power of collaborative teams and healthy school learning communities.
Her current work includes leading learning for second-year teachers through GOCSD's Beginning Teacher Community, coaching district leaders through Teeter Leadership Group, and providing training to develop instructional expertise and leadership skills.
She holds a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and a Masters of Education focused on secondary learning.
Alicia partners with other providers of high-quality professional learning, including GOCSD (Greater Ozarks Cooperating School Districts), Homegrown Initiatives, and TLG (Teeter Leadership Group).
